About the Role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for health, wellness, and helping others feel their best. In this hands-on role, you’ll administer IV therapy and IM services to our guests, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and exceptional experience. You’ll also play an important part in maintaining clinical standards, educating staff, and supporting overall center operations.

PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE AND PROVEN SALES EXPERIENCE IS A REQUIREMENT
What You’ll Do
- Administer IV and IM therapies in accordance with iCRYO’s medical protocols and safety guidelines.
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience, educating clients on the benefits of nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals offered.
- Accurately chart and document treatments per company standards.
- Monitor and record vital signs, perform assessments, and respond appropriately to client needs.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate supply records.
- Manager, support, educate, and train nursing staff at your location.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet or exceed wellness and sales goals.
- Assist with Social Media creation and management
What You Bring
- Active RN license (state of practice) and current CPR certification.
- 5 years of nursing experience (IV/IM proficiency required).
- Excellent time management, judgment, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal physician supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams.
- Friendly, professional, and confident communication style.
- Proven management experience and record of driving results.
- Proven sales experience.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends (minimum 40 hours per week).
